In the 2021 spring UTSU invited the university’s family to come up with a 1-3 minute exercise break to make movement a regular part of University of Tartu’s studying and research. Exercise breaks could consist of several exercises, but had to be suitable for a lecture, seminar, laboratory, but why not for a conference or home study time. We chose the best breaks and divided them into three categories in collaboration with the UT Liikumislabor. The categories were following: stretches and calmer exercises; mind and body cooperation; dances, rhythms and challenges. You can find the exercise break videos under these categories.
